• In shot glass. Pour in half Apple 99
• Fill glass with Butterscotch schnapp
• Toss back and marvel at this shot that was discovered during a drinking game where I picked two bottles of liqur while blindfolded.

Rachel Ray's Margreeni + Cranberry

• Tall glass with ice
• Shot of Midori + 1-2 shots of Vodka
• Fill with OJ (this is Rachel Ray's Margreeni)
• Pierre adds splash of Cranberry Juice (no longer green, but tastes better)

Eugene's Special

• Shot of vodka
• Squeeze of lemon
• What else? Just drink it!

Egg nog and Captain

• 2 parts egg nog
• 1 part captain morgan
• Pour in shot glass. Stir. Drink. Happy holidays.

Irish Car Bomb

• 1/2 pint Guinness
• 1 oz Whiskey
• 1/2 oz Bailey's Irish cream
• Pour Guiness into a pint glass. Float Bailey's on top of whiskey in shot glass. Drop shot glass, raucously, into Guiness. Drink and, really, don't stop until it's all gone.

Mind Eraser

• Kalua
• Vodka
• Soda water
• Fill well glass with ice. Layer in, in order, kalua, vodka, and soda water. Using two straws, drink from bottom to top. Wonderful head-to-head racing game. Multi-payer co-op mode is also fun.

Welch's for Grown-ups

• Three Olives' grape vodka
• 7-up
• Mix to taste. Sniff it. Few drinks smell this good.

Greyhound

• Grapefruit juice
• Vodka
• My parents would be proud that I take my anti-oxidants.
