Gorgonzola Pear Tart

  • puff pastry
  • gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 ripe pears

  • Prebake puff pastry till brown about 25 min @ 350F.
  • Slice pears and crumbled gorgonzola and cover pastry
  • Rebake to melt cheese
  • cut and serve
