Baked Brie with Fig and Orange Compote

• 1 brie wedge or wheel
• 1 jar fig & orange compote
• puff pastry
• 1 egg yolk

• Place brie on puff pastry and add compote. Wrap with other piece of pastry. Brush and seal with egg yolk mixture. Refridgerate.
• Bake in oven at 350F til light brown,
