Achiote Lamb Chops

• lamb chops 1-2 per person
• achiote or annato seed paste
• 1 jar major grey's chutney

• Add water to achiote to form a paste and rub on lamb rack
• Sear in hot oven at 425 for 20 minutes. Let sit about 10 to cool, cut chops, and serve with chutney
